Terms of Sale

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all sales by Satellite Phone Source, LLC.

Payments Accepted

Satellite Phone Source, LLC accepts payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards for payment for all purchases. We also accept, money order, checks or wire transfers. Orders will not be shipped without payment. money orders and checks can be held for up to 10 business days to clear before any products are shipped.

International Orders

All international orders must pay in advance by wire transfer for all products and services. No international credit cards or checks will be accepted.

Satellite Phone Coverage

ALL satellite phones must have line of sight to a satellite to operate. Satellite phones DO NOT work inside of a building. Satellite phone need to have as much sky as possible for proper operation.

Rental Phones

All customers who rent a phone from us are required to make a test call with a Satellite Phone Source, LLC representative when the phone is received. Failure to do so will void any claims that such phone was unable to work when used. At the time of the test call, the phone will be proven as a working phone and therefore Satellite Phone Source is not responsible for any technical issues do to customers use of phone.

All Sales are Final

As standard policy, Satellite Phone Source, LLc will honor all manufacturers' warranties and will assist customers in processing any warranty claims. If any products received are incomplete or damaged, Satellite Phone Source, LLC will replace these items for you. However, ALL SALES ARE FINAL for any equipment purchased by customer whether used or not. In some instances, Satellite Phone Source, LLC may accept the return of a product, a the sole discretion of Satellite Phone Source, LLC. If an order is accepted for return, at the sold discretion of Satellite Phone Source, LLC, any activation fees, monthly service fees, deactivation fees, shipping fees, plus a 25% restock fee will be applied to any approved returned phone. No phones will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which you can get by calling our toll-free #.

Fraud

It is a violation of law to place with any merchant, orders under a false name or with any invalid or stolen credit card. Satellite Phone Source, LLC uses a unique fraud protection system that screens for any suspicious orders. Any suspect orders will be subject to investigation and order may be terminated by any staff member of Satellite Phone Source, LLC at our discretion. Any orders found to be fraudulent will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and can be punishable by imprisonment. Both the Secret Service and FBI are used to investigate and prosecute any fraudulent orders.

Satellite Systems Availability

Satellite Phone Source, LLC makes every effort possible to guide customers in the proper use of their satellite phones, whether rented or purchased. There are some times, during scheduled maintainance periods, that the satellite systems may experience a temporary down time. If you should experience any technical difficulties, Satellite Phone Source, LLC is not responsible for any lost or dropped calls or for any systems unavailability from any satellite phone system and does not offer credit back for any down time due to these down times.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from customer.

Order Cancellation

Any order may be canceled before shipment of product. Once product has been shipped customer may only return the phone with the approval of Satellite Phone Source, LLC management. Any activation fees, monthly service fees, deactivation fees, shipping fees, plus a 25% restock fee will be applied to any approved returned phone.
